Microwaved apple with honey, oats and raisins Microwaved apple with honey, oats and raisins

    Microwaveable bowl, corer (knife to core the apple), 1 large eating (dessert) apple, pinch of oats, pinch of raisins, dusting of cinnamon, tsp of honey.


Peel and core the apple, (leave skin on if desired)
Mix together the honey, raisins and oats and stuff into the hole where the core was.
Dust the outside of the apple with cinnamon and put in a bowl, put in the microwave for 2-3 minutes. Yumm! You can also place the apple in a tbsp of natural yogurt for a creamy apple.
