    1c Light Mayo
    1c Parmesan cheese
    2-4oz cans green chilies (diced)
    1-4oz can chopped jalapenos (chopped)
    1-11oz Mexicorn (drained)
    8oz package Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese


Mix all ingredients together and spread into casserole dish. Bake @ 325 for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips or crustinis.
