    1 Jar (5 oz) Newman's Own Alfredo Pasta Sauce,
    2 Chicken, leg quarters, bone in, skin removed,
    1 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend,
    12 oz Rotini, Whole Grain Pasta
    2 Cups Water for Chicken


Pasta and sauce may also be saved and frozen if desired. I have found freezing separately in compartment containers best preserves firmness of pasta.


Place Chicken Leg quarters in Med. Large Sauce Pan and add 2 cups of water and Mrs.Dash Seasoning and boil over Med heat until 3/4 done (should not be falling off bone but appears cooked on outside). Pour off Broth and save if desired, leave small amt (maybe 1/2 - 1 tablespoon) in bottom of pan. Remove chicken from bones and cut into 1/4 to 1/2 inch pieces and return to pan adding the Newman's Own Alfredo Sauce, cover and simmer about 30-40 minutes over low heat stirring occasionally to prevent scorching. Prepare Rotini as per package instructions and drain; then divide into 6 equal portions. Spoon Alfredo sauce over Rotini and serve.
