1 C Oatmeal (plain)
1 C Flour, white
.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
1 Tbsp Promise, Original Margarine, stick
.25 C Brown Sugar, packed
2 tsp Splenda
.13 C Cranberries, dried, sweetened (like a handful)
.13 C Raisins (like a handful)
.25 tsp Salt (optional)
I add 2 Tablespoons of this granola to a chopped apple and microwave it for 1 minute. This is a great breakfast or snack, and smells amazing while I'm waiting for it to warm up in the morning. Adding walnuts or other nuts to it would complete this with a protein!
