Number of Servings: 20


    2 cups whole wheat flour
    2 cups milk
    4 cage free eggs
    1 15oz can salt free pumpkin
    4 tablespoons butter
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 tsp salt
    2 tsp baking powder
    3 tsp ground cinnamin
    2 tsp ground ginger
    1tsp ground nutmeg
    1/8 tsp or less ground cloves
    3/4ths of a bag or 15 - 16 chip servings of Ghirardelli 60% bittersweet choclolate chips


This mixture is thicker then your usual pancake batter, you will not see the usual bubbles appear on top to tell you to turn them. Watch the outside edges to see how fast it's cooking.


mix the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Melt the butter in a 3 cup bowl, then mix in the milk, eggs, an pumpkin. Fold the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir until mixed well. Add in the chocolate chips and stir. Ladel 1/4 cup portions into a pam sprayed hot pan.
