Introduction

Nice dip for crudites, you can spread on slices of crusty bread or Melba toast as well as mini party sandwiches on crustless whole wheat bread. Nice dip for crudites, you can spread on slices of crusty bread or Melba toast as well as mini party sandwiches on crustless whole wheat bread.
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    1 cup cream cheese softened
    2 oz Cheddar or Colby cheese shredded
    1/2 cup of fire roasted red pepper or pimentos
    1/4 cup diced Vidalia or other sweet onion
    2 lg slices of Bread and Butter pickles
    1 tsp of yellow mustard

Tips

If you like to kick it up a notch and eat meat add 1/2 cup of ground ham for mini party sandwiches. please note you can use fat free cream cheese for less calories and fat but the finished product will not be as creamy.


Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Keep refrigerated until ready to use
