Ingredients

    3 cups Broccoli Stalk, Raw (no flower heads)
    1/2 cup Carrots, chopped or shredded
    1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds (hulled)
    1/4 cup Dried Cranberries
    3/4 cup Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil (Cracked Pepper)

Directions

Shred broccoli and carrots. Combine with cranberries, sunflower seeds and mayo. Refrigerate for an hour (or more) to let flavors blend.

Serving Size: makes 8 one-half cup servings
