    16 medium mushrooms, sliced
    2 fl oz red wine
    1 tbsp diced garlic
    1 tbsp olive oil


I like to stir in about one-half cup of Fage0% and serve over sliced chicken breasts.


in large skillet, heat oil and garlic. When oil is hot and garlic is bloomed, add mushrooms, and cover. Cook for about 4-5 minutes until mushrooms start to brown. Stir in wine to deglaze pan, and serve when most, but not all, moisture has evaporated.
