Ingredients

    3 oz cooked boneless, skinless chicken breast
    1/4 cup Sargento Reduced Fat 4 Cheese Mexican Shredded
    1/2 tsp McCormick QUESADILLA Southwest Chicken Seasoning Mix
    1/4 tsp or a sprinkling of Dried Cilantro Flakes
    1/4 tsp or a sprinkling of Freeze Dried Chives
    1 tbsp Mt. Olive Diced Jalapeno Peppers
    2 tbsp Oikos Plain 0% Greek Yogurt

Directions

Slice cooked chicken breast on a diagonal and place onto a plate. Sprinkle chicken with Quesadilla seasoning mix and top with shredded cheese. Sprinkle the cilantro, chives and jalapenos evenly on top of the cheese.

Microwave for 45 - 60 seconds or until the cheese is melted.

Top with 2 tbsp Plain 0% Greek yogurt.
