    Homemade spaghetti sauce made with store-bought base, ground beef, onions, peppers, fresh garlic, fresh basil, oregano and cumin
    No-cook whole wheat lasagne sheets
    Low-fat cottage cheese
    Low-fat mozzarella cheese


You may cook the lasagne and then freeze it for another time. If you do, once you pull the cooked lasagne from the freezer, pour the liquid from canned tomoatoes over the lasagne and down the sides, then cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil and bake at 350. This keeps it moist.


Layer the lasagne in the pan: sauce, pasta, sauce, cottage cheese, pasta, sauce, mozzarella
Bake at 350 until golden and bubbly

Serving Size: Makes 6 pieces, 2 inches by 3 inches
