For anyone who likes onions! For anyone who likes onions!
Number of Servings: 3


    1 can. Tuna Fish in Water
    1 oz. Egg Substitute
    6 Tbsp. Self-Rising Yellow Cornmeal
    1/2 cup Chopped Onions
    1 dash Blackpepper to taste


Drain tuna and place in a bowl with eggs, onions, and cornmeal. Add blackpepper to taste. Make into 3 patties (hamburger bun size).

Spay electric grill or non-stick skillet with granola oil spray and cook patties for 10-12 minutes until the patties are brown and the onions tender.
