    1 cup steel cut oats
    3 cups water
    1 cup canned pumpkin puree
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
    optional: 1/2 cup sugar free honey (will change nutrition content) or a couple teaspoons vanilla liquid stevia (to taste)

Tips

Make sure to stir this before eating as the top will be a little crusty and the inside will be super creamy!
