Ingredients

    1 serving PB2
    1 T Peanut Butter
    1 egg
    1 oz. NF plain greek yogurt
    splash of vanilla
    5 packets of splenda
    4 oz. cream cheese, softened


Tips

This is a basic cheesecake recipe and can be converted for other cheesecakes. Use the last five ingredients but interchange the first two with other things. Makes and awesome lemon cheesecake with the juice of one lemon and some zest from that lemon.


Directions

Blend all of the ingredients together and pour into three greased ramekins. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
