Number of Servings: 6


    Approx 6 chicken drumsticks/thighs (or any other bone-in chicken pieces)
    1 onion, sliced
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    salt, pepper and paprika, (a few shakes) :)
    Approx 30 peeled garlic cloves


Slice onion and arrange on the bottom of the crockpot. With your hands, mix the chicken with all other ingredients until it is covered. (I never said this wasn't messy.)

Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours

come home to a delicious garlic aroma. Serve it up with some veggies and a starch (potatoes, quinoa, etc.) and enjoy!

Serving Size: Depends on your chicken parts - approx drumsticks/thighs
