Ingredients

    1/2 pound of ground beef, lean
    3 oz turkey bacon
    1 15.5 oz can black beans
    1 15 oz can butter beans
    116 oz can navy beans
    1 15.5 oz great northern beans
    1 15.5 oz black eyed peas
    1 17.5 oz bbq sauce
    1/5 large white onion
    1 tbps mustard
    1 tsp liquid smoke
    1 cup ketchup
    2 tsp horseradish
    salt and pepper to taste

Tips

I personally like the Kraft Honey BBQ sauce and I have used a half tsp of dry mustand for a substitute of the regular mustard.


Directions

Brown ground beef and turkey bacon, remove remaining grease. Place into crockpot along with chopped onions and rest of ingredients.
Cook on low for minimum of 6 hours.
