Ingredients

    4 La Tortilla Factory whole wheat low carb tortillas
    1 pound leanest ground beef
    1 can fat free refried beans
    1 1/2 cups 2% Mexican four cheese blend
    1/4 cup pace mild chunky salsa

Directions

1) Preheat oven to 350. Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain any excess grease.

2) Add refried beans and salsa to meat and mix well. Heat over medium heat until bubbling and remove from heat.

3) In a 9 inch round, spray with Pam. Put tortilla in pan, spread 1/4 of meat mixture on tortilla sprinkle 1/4 of cheese over meat mixture. Repeat layers ending with cheese on top.

4) Bake for 20 minutes or until hot and top cheese melted and slightly browned.
