    *Fetta - Reduced Fat, 1/4 cup
    Spinach, fresh, 1 cup
    Mushrooms, fresh, 12 large
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned,2 tsp
    Kens Steakhouse Greek w/feta, black olives, imported olive oil, 4 tbsp


Serving Size: 1 stuffed mushroom = 1 serving size

Wash mushrooms, remove stems, set caps off to the side. Place Kens dressing in plastic bag, add mushroom caps to marinade for at least 30 minutes.
Chop/Mince 1/2 of stems (refrigerate the other half of stems for other recipes)
Chop spinach
Remove caps from marinade, reserving marinade for next step.
Combine chopped mushroom stems, chopped spinach, crumbled feta cheese and dressing.
Stuff mushroom caps
Sprinkle tops with bread crumbs

Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cook times may vary depending on individual stoves and altitudes.
