    4oz Lean ground beef
    10 oz Lean Ground Turkey
    1 box Stove Top Stuffing, Turkey Flavor
    1 Egg
    1 Cup water
    Brown Gravy mix


In large bowl, mix egg well. Add meats and mix well, to blend them together. Add box of stuffing mix, and continue to miix, by hand is best.
Add 1 cup of water, and mix, then let sit while you spray a non stick skillet with cooking spray.
When mix is mushy, pat into patties, and add to skliiet at medium to medium high heat.
Cook the patties throughly, as you would a regular hamburger patty.
Remove from skillet, and lay aside on a plate, on a towel to drain any oils from the meats.
Mix Brown gravy in same size, or the same skillet, as directed on the box. When just starting to thicken, add patties back to skillet, to set in gravy. Remove from heat and serve.
Makes a great main dish, and is great with steamed veggies on the side, or a cool crisp salad, and it fills you up.
