    6 Large Eggs
    1.5 Tbsp milk
    1 Jalapeno, cut in half and sliced
    2 roma tomatoes, chopped


Chop the tomatoes and jalapeno then add to frying pan with a little cooking spray or olive oil. Cook for a few minutes mashing the tomatoes as the get hot.

While the tomatoes and chiles are cooking whisk together the eggs and milk. Add egg mixture to tomatoes once they are all mashed. Cook until done and then serve with tortillas or eat plain.
