    2 sliced of bacon cooked and crumbled
    4 oz sausage cooked and crumbled
    3 cloves of garlic chopped
    1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    1/4 cup fresh spinach shredded


I used blue and gold sausage and bacon.


Cook bacon, sausage ahead of time. Add garlic. Spray muffin tin with no stick and divide all the ingredients between all the muffin tins. Cook in 400 degree oven until done

Serving Size: 6 regular muffins 1 muffin = 1 serving
