Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup Almond meal/flour
    1/4 cup flax meal
    4 eggs
    1 tsp baking soda
    pinch of salt (optional)
    cinnamon to taste (optional)
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/4 cup almond milk

Tips

I like to top with a drizzle of honey, sliced almonds, and fruit/berries.
These are gluten free, dairy free, low carb, and paleo.


Directions

Mix dry ingredients together, whisk eggs, vanilla, and almond milk. Blend the wet into the dry. The coconut oil is for greasing the waffle iron.
