Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 480g cans of tomatoes
    2 onions
    4 cloves of garlic
    3 carrots - cut in to big pieces
    water, about 2 cups - so that the veggies will be under water

Directions

Put the carrots, onions and garlic into the water, and boil until the carrots are almost cooked. Then add the tomatoes and boil until the carrots are completely cooked. Then blend everything in a blender.

Serving Size: Makes about 5 bigger or 8 small servings.
