    1 cup of notfat plain yogurt
    1 cup of Great Value Berry Medley (frozen)
    1/4 cup of nonfat milk
    4 tsp of sugar
    5 Ice cubes


Put all ingredients into blender or smoothie maker; mix until smooth.
