A great low cal treat for the sweet tooth! A great low cal treat for the sweet tooth!
Number of Servings: 8


    15 oz can pumpkin puree
    1 1/2 C skim milk
    3 egg whites
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp cinamon
    1/4 tsp ground cloves
    1/4 tsp nutmeg
    1/8 tsp ground ginger
    1 tsp vanilla
    3/4 C. Splenda


Mix all together and pour into a sprayed 8" round pie pan.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes and then reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake for another 45 minutes
