    Ground beef, lean, 16 oz
    Onions, raw, .5 small, diced
    Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz)
    Ore Ida Mini Tater Tots (19 tots/svg), 6.25 servings or 119 tots or 544 g
    Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 1 package (16 oz)
    Mushrooms, fresh, diced, 117.6 grams or 4.2oz
    season to taste


Make sure to add your own blend of seasonings to increase flavor. I used a pinch of rosemary, poultry seasoning, and garlic.


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown and drain hamburger in large pan. Add to pan of browned hamburger everything but the tater tots. Stir until combined and season to taste. Spray 9x13 pan. Pour in hamburger mixture and spread evenly. Top with mini tater tots--top won't be completely covered but will look full. Bake in 350 oven: covered for 45 minutes and uncovered for 15 minutes (or until tater tots are brown).

Serving Size: Makes 12 pieces in 9x13 pan (3x3.25" squares)
