    2 tbsp sunflower oil
    1 large carrot - chopped
    2 garlic cloves - chopped
    2 stalks celery - chopped
    1 med onion - finely chopped
    1 head cauliflower
    1 chicken stock cube
    1 litre


heat oil and soften carrot, celery, garlic and onion
add cauliflower and stock and boil for about 30 mins
mash or puree to desired texture
