    .75 large potato
    1 small egg
    1/8 c cheese
    .2 c mushrooms canned
    Salt pepper and garlic to taste
    .5 Tbsp margarine


Shred potatoes, combine all ingredients except margarine and cheese, melt marg in pan add ingredient mixture to pan brown on both sides. Salt pepper and garlic powder to taste. Top with cheese.

Serving Size: Makes one medium pancake
