    2 large eggs
    1 tablespoon 1% milk
    1/4 cup salsa
    2 ounces cheddar cheese


heat lightly greased frying pan on medium heat.
scramble eggs with milk until well blended.
pour onto hot frying pan and place lid on pan.
once eggs have solidified, remove lid and flip eggs with a spatula.
Place sliced cheddar cheese on half of cooked egg mixture.
spread salsa on top of cheese. Fold egg mixture in half.
Place omelet on plate and enjoy! :)

Serving Size: makes one large omlet
