Ingredients

    I package Jennie-O Italian Turkey Sausage Links
    1 Large pepper (any color)
    1 large carrot, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 C chopped celery

Directions

Squeeze small portions out of the sausage casing into hot pan (disgard casing). Cook on high until no longer pink. Add all veggies. Saute until veggies are soft. Serve over rice, lettuce, or whole wheat pasta.
