Easy low calorie muffins made in minutes! Easy low calorie muffins made in minutes!
Number of Servings: 3


    1 tablespoon of unsweetened apple sauce
    1/2 cup quick oats
    1 tablespoon of whole wheat flour
    1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
    1 teaspoon of baking powder
    10 raspberries (or any other berry of your choice)


Mix all the ingredients and bake in the oven at 200 C for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Serving Size: 2-3 Muffins depending on the size

  • Was something left out moisture wise? I made the recipe Christmas morning. The batter was so dry I added a little eggnog/milk mix. I wasn't too sure about the temp so settled on 405 F. I'm not sure how long it baked in the soup mug. Tasted wonderful. - 12/25/12
