Number of Servings: 25

Ingredients

    Wonton wrappers (includes egg roll wrappers), 25 wrapper, wonton (3-1/2" square)
    *Nutella, 25 tbsp
    Mint Leaves, 25 serving
    Granulated Sugar, 1 cup
    Peanut Oil 4 cooking
    Cooking Spray

Directions

Spoon in 1 tablespoon of Nutella into the wonton. Brush sides with water to seal. Fold over to make a triangle, press the sides to seal. Fry in oil at about 350 degrees. Spray mint leaves with cooking spray on one side and dip them into sugar. Place mint leaf on top of ravioli sugar side up, then enjoy!

    If I understand correctly, one serving equals one wonton. That's 192 calories per wonton? And it doen't sound like a very healthy treat, what with the deep frying and sugar-coating. - 1/21/11

    These can easily be made much lighter fare. Use Chocolate PB2 and a bit of skim milk to mix it. Instead of frying the wontons, bake them after spraying with olive oil. Use powdered stevia to sprinkle when done. You could add banana with the PB2 as well. - 1/3/09
