Introduction

My sodium count was too high to do the usual Healthy Choice dinner tonight. So I threw this together in 5 minutes on a whim based on what I had in my cabinet. Ingredients

    -Flaked salmon (I used a packet of Chicken of the Sea Ready to Eat Salmon)
    -Minute Ready-to-Serve Brown & Wild Rice

Tips

Cook time and exact instructions vary based on the exact ingredients you use. A version with better ingredients might take a bit longer.

It could've stood some sort of seasoning, but I really didn't have anything. Maybe squeeze a little lemon over it, and/or mix in some dill?


Directions

1. Prepare rice according to instructions on package
2. Add rice and salmon to serving dish
