My sodium count was too high to do the usual Healthy Choice dinner tonight. So I threw this together in 5 minutes on a whim based on what I had in my cabinet. It could've stood some sort of seasoning, but I really didn't have anything. Maybe squeeze a little lemon over it, and/or mix in some dill?
