    Boneless skinless chicken breast
    Frozen broccoli
    Country Crock spread
    1% Milk
    Garlic powder
    All purpose flour
    Grated parmesan cheese
    No stick cooking spray


Boil water for pasta, cook/drain according to package directions. Put back in pot and spray with cooking spray and toss to prevent sticking. Add the frozen broccoli to the hot pasta to thaw out.

Spray a large skillet with cooking spray, cook the chicken on medium/high heat until no longer pink in the center. (about 7-10 minutes per side)
Remove from pan and cut up into bite size pieces
In the same pan, melt country crock on medium heat
Add flour and whisk until combined until the mixture turns slightly yellow. (should be like a paste)
Turn the heat to medium/low
Slowly whisk in the milk until incorporated/smooth
Whisk in 1/2 of the parmesan cheese and all of the the garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Add the chicken to the sauce and toss with the pasta
Top with the remaining parmesan cheese before serving
