    1 cup of carrots, chopped and peeled
    1 cup of milk
    1 lg frozen banana
    2 lg ice cubes
    1 tbsp ground flax
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    Small pinch of cinnamon
    1 tbsp protein powder


Add all ingredients, starting with milk, in a blender and blench on high speed until smooth.
