    1/2 cup white flour
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup rolled oats
    3/4 tsp baking powder
    3/4 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/8 tsp nutmeg
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup splenda
    1/4 cup applesauce
    1 medium banana
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    1 cup zucchini
    1/4 cup raisins
    1/4 cup sliced almonds (optional)


Combine flours, oats, powder, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. In separate bowl, combine eggs, Splenda, applesauce, and banana and mix well. Add vanilla. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Stir in zucchini, raisins, and almonds. Bake at 350 in greased mini muffin pan for about 10 minutes.
