Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 pkg Taco Bell Taco Seasoning Mix
    4 Azteca Salad Shells
    4 C Shredded Lettuce
    1 C Shredded Colby/Jack Cheese
    8 Tbl Sour Cream
    1/4 C Chopped Onion
    8 Tbl Pace Picante Sauce

Directions

Brown ground beef and drain. Add to the ground beef the taco seasoning mix (foll directions on the package).

Prep the salad shells per the package.

When the shells are done add 1/4 of the ground beef mixture, 1 cup shredded lettuce, 1/4 cup shredded cheese, 2 Tbl sour cream, 2 Tbl chopped onion, 3 Tbl picante sauce.

Serving Size: Makes 4 salads
