I used the shells included in the box. You can use other kinds of pasta instead. I used the shells included in the box. You can use other kinds of pasta instead.
Number of Servings: 8


    Ground beef, lean, 24 oz
    Mushrooms, cooked, 1 cup pieces
    Kroger Corn and Peppers (drained & rinsed), 1 cup
    *Velveeta Shells and Cheese, 3 serving
    *Diced Tomatoes Rotel green chilies .5 cup, 1.5 cup


You can add dairy free milk to make it juicier and some black beans for a Tex-Mex mix. You can also add some cayenne or chipotle.


Cook meat until brown and with no pink. Cook velveeta shells & cheese according to directions. Make sure to drain pasta. Rinse corn & peppers. Rinse mushrooms. After pasta and meat are ready, add all ingredients together in pan. Let simmer for 10 minutes until desired heat.

Serving Size: Makes about eight 1.5 cup servings
