    Baked Potato, with skin, 7 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.)
    Carrots, cooked, 5 carrot
    Broccoli, cooked, 1.5 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 6 cloves
    Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped
    Olive Oil, 3 tbsp
    Pepper and Italian herbs and spices to taste


cover for 35 min, roast for 10 until lightly browned on top. I make mine with a Celebration Field Roast.
