    3 medium size apples
    Pork Tenderloin (1lb)
    4T Honey
    2T Ground Cinnamon


Slice 2 apples and lay them on the bottom of the crock pot. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Slice the third apple. Cut slits in the pork loin every 1/2 to 3/4 inch. Drizzle some honey in each slit then place an apple slice. Place the pork into the crockpot. Drizzle the top with the remaining honey and any left over apple slices. Sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon.

Cook for 4-6 hours.
