    3 Cups Plain Oatmeal
    1 Cup Coconut
    1/2 Cup Almonds - Sliced
    1 stick butter
    3 Tbsp unsweetened Cocoa
    2 Cups Sugar
    1/2 Cup Milk
    1/2 Cup Peanut Butter (optional)
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp salt


Combine butter, sugar, cocoa, milk, salt and peanut butter (optional) in large saucepan. Bring to a boil (I stir it the whole time) and remove from heat and add vanilla. Mix in Oatmeal, Coconut and Almonds, and spoon onto a cookie sheet, covered with wax paper. Let cool. (I like to put mine in the fridge.)
