Introduction

Just threw this together with several cans of ingredients from my pantry and it is quite delicious - and very low-calorie! Just threw this together with several cans of ingredients from my pantry and it is quite delicious - and very low-calorie!

Ingredients

    1 14 oz can chicken broth
    1 14 oz can diced tomatoes
    1 15 oz can black beans (drained and rinsed)
    1 4 oz can green chilies (drained)
    1 14.5 oz can green beans (drained)
    1/4 c shredded Mexican cheese (optional)

Directions

Pour chicken broth into medium saucepan at high heat, add entire cup of diced tomatoes. Then add black beans, green chilies, and green beans. Simmer until sauce reduces and serve! For an additional 100 calories, sprinkle 1/4 c shredded Mexican cheese on top!

Serving Size: Makes approx 6-7 cups
