Ingredients

    2 Tbsp light mayo
    1 Tbsp sweet pickle relish
    1 tsp white vinegar
    1 tsp dijon mustard
    1/4 tsp splenda
    1/2 tsp ground tumeric
    1 Tbsp dried parsley
    1 block firm tofu
    1 Tbsp minced onion
    2 Tbsp minced celery
    salt and pepper ad lib

Directions

mash tofu, mix with other ingred. Refrigerate several hours to allow flavors to blend.
