    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 pinch of salt
4 to 5 packets of Truvia sweetener ( 4-5 teaspoons)
    1/2 cup of unsweetened applesauce ( I add 1/8 cup more )
    3 large very ripe Banana's
    3 large egg whites only

Sorry not very good at writting down directions for a recipe.

Mix applesauce and Truvia together in a large bowl. with an electric handmixer add sliced banana's. Mix until almost luiqified. Mix in egg whites. Add all the dry ingredients and mix just until incorporated. Do not over mix.
I use a 9x5 loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 mins. oven may variey so check with a knife or tooth pick to make sure it comes out dry so you don't over or under cook it.
