    1/4 cup Butter, softened
    1/2 Cup Brown sugar, Packed
    1/2 Cup Granulated sugar
    1 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
    1 large egg
    1 tsp. Vanilla
    1 Cup White all-purpose flour
    1 Cup Whole wheat flour
    2 Cups Oats
    1 tsp. each Salt, Baking soda, and Baking powder
    1 Cup Craisins (or raisins)
    1 Cup Pecans chopped (or any other kind of nuts)


Mix well wet ingredients and Dry ingredients separately. Mix well together all ingredients. Scoop in 2 Tbsp. lumps onto cookie sheet (because there is so little fat they may stick a bit but it wasn't bad for me so I didn't grease the pan) bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes they don't look like cookies but they really taste like them.
