Introduction

Ingredients

    Chicken thighs or whichever parts you enjoy
    1 can of pineapples
    2 tbsp of honey
    1 sliced onion
    salt
    pepper
    onion powder
    garlic powder

Directions

Take chicken parts and place in baking dish season chicken with salt, pepper, onion power, and garlic powder. Put onion slices over chicken.
In a blender pour pineapples and honey and blend for 1-2 minutes.
Pour blended mixture over chicken.
Place in oven and bake at 400 for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until done.

  • MFPECK, you're right, the calorie count is incorrect. The recipe counted 1 thigh "unit" (around 49 calories) for the whole recipe, rather than 4 whole chicken thighs, 328 calories. If you plan to use this recipe, do re-enter the ingredients or you'll seriously underestimate the calorie/fat content. - 4/21/09
