    2 cups Whole Grain Oat flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 cups ripe bananas, mashed
    4 egg whites
    1/2 cup honey
    1/4 cup applesauce, unsweetened
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    1/2 cup oatmeal, dry
    1/4 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips


I also sprinkled a little chocolate chips on the top before baking.


Mix wet ingredients together, then add dry ingredients. Mix well with a spoon. Pour into greased muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes
Done when toothpick inserted comes out clean and muffins are lightly browned.
