    3 medium very ripe bananas
    1 egg
    1/3 cup 1% milk
    1/2 cup applesauce
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1 1/2 cups flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 cup oatmeal, dry


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Lightly coat 18 muffin tins with cooking spray
3. In large bowl, mash bananas with fork.
4. Whisk in egg, milk, applesauce, vanilla, sugar and brown sugar.
5. In seperate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt and oatmeal.
6. Add flour mixture to banana mixture and combine well.
7. Fold in chocolate chips
8. Spoon equal amounts of batter in the 18 muffin tins
9. Bake 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
10. Allow to cool slightly in the pan, then remove to wire rack.
