    *Flour, white, 2 cup (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, .75 cup (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove)
    Salt, .75 tsp (remove)
    Nutmeg, ground, .5 tsp (remove)
    Cloves, ground, .5 tsp (remove)
    Vanilla Extract, .5 tsp (remove)
    Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 2 cup (remove)
    *Food Club Larg A Eggs (1 egg), 4 serving (remove)
    *Best of the Egg--Egg Substitute, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Applesauce, unsweetened, .75 cup (remove)
    *Cheese, Neufchatel Cream Cheese, 8 oz (remove)
    Butter, salted, .5 cup (remove)
    Powdered Sugar, 1 cup, unsifted (remove)
    Vanilla Extract, .5 tsp (remove)


Mix together first 8 ingredients. Add Vanilla, pumpkin, eggs/egg subst., and applesauce. Mix well. Poor into 11 X 15 inch pan which has been greased/sprayed with Pam. Cook for 18 - 20 minutes in 350 degree oven. Cool.

Frost with frosting when cool.

Mix neufchatel, butter, vanilla and powder sugar until smooth.
