    1.5 Cups self-rising flour
    3 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/4 skim milk
    1/2 cup cooked sweet potato (about 3/4 small)


Preheat oven 425F.
Mix everything except the flour; add flour gradually.
Bake on non-stick pan for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown on edges.
