    3.0 tbsp Butter, salted
    0.5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
    6.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2.0 tsp Pepper, black
    1.0 tsp Salt
    2.0 clove Garlic
    1.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    1.0 pepper Serrano Peppers
    0.5 serving Fresh Sweet Onion (1 Medium Raw)
    0.5 cup cilantro (fresh)
    4.0 tbsp Horizon Organic Heavy Whipping Cream


1. Melt butter in pan. 2. In bowl, whisk eggs together with milk. Add a dash of salt and pepper. 3. Add mushrooms, onions, peppers, and garlic to the pan. Cook until caramalized. 4. Add egg mixture to the skillet and let eggs sit for about one minute or until set on the bottom and then gently stir. 5. Sprinkle cheese and cilantro on top of eggs and continue to cook until melted. Serving Size: 3/4 cup
