Ingredients

    2 tbsp Butter, salted
    1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    serving Fresh Sweet Onion (1 Medium Raw)
    1 pepper Serrano Pepper
    2 cloves Garlic
    6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    4 tbsp Horizon Organic Heavy Whipping Cream
    2 tsp Pepper, black
    1 tsp Salt
    1 cup cilantro (fresh)
    1 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese


Directions

1. Melt butter in pan.

2. Add mushrooms, onions, peppers, and garlic to the pan. Cook until caramalized.

3. In bowl, whisk eggs together with Heavy Whipping Cream. Add a dash of salt and pepper.

4. Add egg mixture to the skillet and let eggs sit for about one minute or until set on the bottom and then gently stir.

5. Sprinkle cheese and cilantro on top of eggs and continue to cook until melted.

Serving Size: 3/4 cup
